Newmarket Estate - Newmarket offers all types of Real Estate from large Luxury homes onlarge lots to smaller Condos and Townhouses. You will find most properties are detached homes from 1,800 to over 3,000 square feet. The older homes in the centre of town tend to be some really beautiful herritage homes on larger lots. Newer homes tend to have smaller lots from 30 to 60 ft. wide and anywhere from 100 ft. deep. Condos have been on the rise over the past 20 years offering many newer buildings close to transportation with all the amenities.
